EuroVisa Experts provides professional immigration consultancy services. Our services include:

• Assessment of immigration eligibility
• Guidance on visa application processes and requirements
• Document preparation and review
• Application submission assistance
• Communication with immigration authorities on your behalf (with authorization)
• Post-arrival support and guidance

We do not guarantee the approval of any visa application, as final decisions rest solely with immigration authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents.
• Respond promptly to requests for information or documents.
• Notify us of any changes in your circumstances that may affect your application.
• Pay all applicable fees as outlined in your service agreement.
• Comply with all laws and regulations of the relevant countries.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees for our services are outlined in your service agreement. Payment terms are as follows:

• Consultation fees are due at the time of booking.
• Service fees may be paid in installments as agreed.
• All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, except as required by law.
• Government application fees, translation costs, and third-party expenses are payable separately and are non-refundable.
• Fees are quoted in Euro (€) unless otherwise specified.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are limited:

• Initial Consultation: Non-refundable after completion.
• Service Fees: Non-refundable once work has commenced on your case.
• Government Fees: Subject to refund policies of the respective immigration authorities.
• If we are unable to provide services due to our error, a full refund of service fees will be issued.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

We provide professional guidance and assistance, but we do not guarantee the approval of any visa or immigration application. Immigration authorities have sole discretion over application outcomes. Factors outside our control, including changes in immigration laws or policies, may affect your application.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EuroVisa Experts and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EuroVisa Experts shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
• Losses resulting from delays by immigration authorities or third parties.
• Any decision made by immigration authorities regarding your application.
• Errors or omissions in information provided by clients.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, or with your consent.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• You remain responsible for any fees due for services rendered.
• We will provide copies of your file upon request (subject to privacy laws).
• No refunds will be issued for services already provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
